Hi we have land that is supplied from a property which is supplied by Southern water. We receive a bill private bill from the house owners. Do we have a right to see the original southern ware bill

Why does this property supply you water?

We do have a meter which we give the reading off of We want to verify the rate which they are charging us as we are not sure if it is agricultural rate or the 1.4 they are charging us. It was once part of a huge estate which was sold off They are not allowed to profit and states on our deeds that it should be at southern water rates
