  • I'm a surgical intern and I think I'm in trouble.

Hi all. I was coming out of the children's hospital where I work and saw that a girl who was playing on the playground was pinned by a swing. I got her out, she was almost blue, I gave her CPR and immediately took her to the hospital. On subsequent treatment, it was discovered that she had a broken rib after the heart massage. The girl's parents sued me and I am in a terrible situation. If I hadn't done that, she wouldn't have survived. What should I do now?

    Are you covered by insurance?
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
