So it rolls on, I sent for the information as requested by a family friend, so, as this CCA agreement was before 2007 I have been requesting sight of the original signed agreement, this is non-exestince, they state that by providing a reconstituted version of the signed agreenment,as section 77/78 of the Consumer Act 1974, the reply is as follows "Re Carey v HSBC", "a creditor can satisfy its self with a copy and therefore is not itself a bar to compliance. All that is available now is the Application form.
