  • To issue proceedings against Moj, LCJ & LC, at Royal Court of Justice?

Could more senior members please advise? To issue proceedings against Moj, LCJ & LC, at Royal Court of Justice? The Claimant is an SME and I as MD since 2002 - current. The high Court in Bristol has since 2016, in a series of 'serious procedural and other irregularities' rendered the business incapacitated and in the verge of bankruptcy. MD & his family have lost the entire livelihoods including their office and place of work, were subjected to severe harassment and having resided, and worked as eight full British Citizens since 1975, currently have no fixed address in UK to launch their legal proceedings, which due to severe financial constraint can only be as LIP. SME, claimant since 2017 and under exceptional financial rule, EX160, has been awarded court fee remission.

Searching for legal firms, forum asks for location which is currently outside UK and doesn't apply, can any help be given with this, any firm which would be willing to act on DBA or 100% CFA, in order to secure funding. Many thanks! Rad

As this is a UK Forum, dealing with UK matters, I believe that you would be best looking elsewhere for help.

I understood the OP to be wanting to take legal action against UK defendants in the High Court in London.

I am not able to assist with his enquiry.

Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

You are looking to take legal action against M of J and others.

You have no UK address, but want to find legal representation.

Lots of UK solicitors has international firms, so that isn't a issue.

So Google your location, add a location in the UK, add solicitors, add other descriptions.

See if you can get 30 / 45 minutes free advice.

The law society website has quite a bit of information.
