    Hi
I would like to talk about a ccj I had set aside and there was a telephone hearing where the judge ruled that I file a defence by a certain deadline and the claimant re serve the claim form with the full response pack. I filed a defence claim within the specified time via email to the court that held the hearing, thinking that they would forward copies to the claimant. The claimant said I didn’t reply to the claim form and reissued another ccj against me. Been to court and had a hearing, but was not able to show some of the emails as proof I sent a defence claim, despite the court via email acknowledging they had received emails.I looked in my sent box to retrieve them but they seemed to have disappeared, the attachments, but shows that I had re sent them and acknowledgement from the court email address they said to sent it to. In this hearing the judge ruled that I should file a full defence by a certain deadline of 7 days and to pay the claimant’s costs including VAT by a certain date of which I cannot.
Also by full defence claim does that mean I have to enter another N244 form?
