  • DCB Legal Ltd County Court Claim

Hello All, first time on this forum - grateful for advice from anyone who has been through the County Court process with DCB Legal Ltd for a PCN
I am at the N180 stage - mediation stage
I intend to reject mediation, however do I use the original defence submitted for any future court hearing ?
    What is the next stage
    thanks in advance

Here are a couple of guides to court procedures which you might find helpful
    https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/...+web+FINAL.pdf
    https://www.judiciary.uk/publication...-civil-221013/

You have submitted your defence and you cannot change it without the court's permission.
Eventually you will receive directions from the court instructing you to submit your witness statement etc etc

Template witness statements aren't really possible but on the right hand side of this page are "shortcuts", oneof which is "witness statement"
