  • Filed for child arrangement order, ex-partner filed emergency non molestation

Myself and my ex-partner separated nearly 3 years ago in a foreign country. We both then continued to move back to UK at separate times. Over the duration of last three years we have had our ups and downs in co-parenting and been a tough battle. Finally due to the mother stopping contact I submitted for a c100 application for a child arrangement order to get things set more in stone. We had previously had a verbal agreement which had worked for quite a reasonable amount of time. in retaliation the mother then submitted for an emergency non molestation and through the domestic violence card out there. Since then we have had one hearing to work out if we can come to an agreement, this was an obvious no and now finally got a second for the 12/5 with paperwork being submitted by the 27/4. I have had a list of allegations which is for the child arrangement order which in some transparency has some truth in but not a great deal and she has twisted and added on to. I have already attempted to reply which is saved but not sent, looking for someone to help look at these both and cross examine , perhaps look at what I have written too much or what I should of included. Any help would be much appreciated .
