    probably wise
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

I'm shocked that constant professionals say yes I have a good case but i can not find any legal person with the balls to take it on, GDPR identifies countless lies and malicious acts from start to finish including preventing rehoming, equality act, human rights breaches to name a few and ive even sorted my own legal aid, the system is a joke, citizens advice and all law advice are basically governed it seems as I've witnessed the vicious circle, luckily I've also surrounded myself with countless witnesses who can verify my witness statement to be correct. Don't suppose you can by some slim luck recommend a legal person whos unafraid, kind regards
