I wonder if anyone could give me advice please. I have membership at a local hotel to use the swimming pool. I had been away for several months due to illness. within 10 days I was issued with parking fines from a private car park company. I was not informed that this was in place and that I was required to enter my car registration onto their system every time I used the pool. I contacted the management of the pool and they were happy to contact the company to cancel the tickets...6 in total. I had also responded with their appeal service via post as I wasn't sure if the hotel could do anything on my behalf. The parking company have since written to me to say that the fines are still in place. I sent them a copy of the email they had sent to the hotel confirming cancellation. A letter I received today says they have made their decision and to appeal to POPLA......How do I resolve this when they are so inaccessible. I would so appreciate advice on this. Thankyou in advance CBear
