Catalogue debt of over 10 years can this still be chased? I have never contacted or paid anything to them in that time

Under the Limitation Act 1980, a claim for breach of contract may not be commenced in the courts more than 6 years after the date on which the right to bring the claim arose. The question is always when the right to bring the claim arose (in legal parlance, when the cause of action became complete).
