I booked a holiday at Nodes Point, Isle of Wight and I feel the price i paid for 7 nights in a caravan is over priced and would like a refund. The general manager at Nodes Point was not interested in what we had to say & said that the prices change on a daily basis

What do the terms and conditions of the booking say about cancellation? -
Unfortunately, you have no right to a refund simply because you think the booking was overpriced and if you thought that was the case, then why did you go ahead pay that price?
You may have other rights to cancel but it isn't clear whether you have already stayed at Nodes Point and are now seeking a refund after the fact or if you have simply booked it for a date in the future (if a future booking what date did you book?).

Why do you consider it was overpriced? Were you promised facilities that were not in fact provided?Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
