  • Hello all,

    I'll confess (get it?) to not knowing a thing about this forum. If you add to that the fact that I am sometimes 'challenged' by on line 'things', then you'll appreciate where i am coming from. I do have an active desire to further assist someone that I am helping out on a potential civil case, but also have some legal queries that are purely me being inquisitive about some legal areas. I suspect (get it?) two things now need to come into play. these are;

    (1) That I need to study this forum further to see if there's a more suitable thread than this one to post some queries - if indeed that's allowed on here. I suspect it's got to be. Otherwise what on earth are you talking about on a Legal Beagles titled forum?

    (2) I need to expand on my hello a little, I guess. I guess I should start by telling you about me. However, alarm bells ring out telling me to be very vague in this area. So, I will be - vague, that is. I have had direct experience of a little of ther court system - twice in the dock as 'The accused' , and twice as an 'expert witness'. Oh what a merry life I have led. The 'specialist' element was in building construction, I feel that I can tell you. Anyway, that's probably enough, and possibly way too much for some, so I'll leave it there, with a final 'Hello all'.

    Signed

    Hello and welcome to the forum.

    Members are here to help with specific questions on a variety of subjects. If you have a particular question, then first of all look through the various areas, such as Wills, Motoring, Family, Utilities, Debt etc. Having decided which is most appropriate, then ask your question and give as much detail as possible.. The members who believe they can help will then reply.

    As you seem more of a 'student' seeking enlightenment, then look through the many questions, where the answers may explain how to overcome the problem. A question in the search box that is in the same area may bring up similar questions that you can look through.

    May I suggest that you do not make any reply or comment to questions unless you have direct knowledge of the matter in question. If you get good replies, then be thankful and tick the Thanks box.

    I hope you enjoy the forum to widen your knowledge.
