  • What should you do when the CCA agreement is found?

I’m scared to ask Debt Collector about CCA (not sure if it’s not too late):
If the creditor has started a court case (I have been sent a Claim Form) and I may have hoped that the CCA agreement could not be found. But what if it was found. That is not a possible defence so I would need to think if I have another defence. Does such exists???

if I asked for both of those, will they have evidence against me. Am I asking for trouble?!

    please help
