I sent the letter 24 th April. Sent by recoredi delivery

Yes obviously I’d like some help please. I’ll try to get the letter emailed to me so I can show you. It basically included a copy of my charging order & asked if they were responsible for it!

In the past cel stone & curlyben said it was unenforceable but it’s too late for all of that . So I’d like to if I can afford to pay them off before I die. I also need help with cca. All my accounts are in default or unenforceable should I write statute barred letter to them so they can’t come for the money before I die. I don’t pay any monthly at all.

I can’t write statute barred letters because the charity solicitor sent them apparently but they never turned up. Saying that if it only took me 6 telephone calls to get my info so why didn’t they find it

Have had a reply from Canada square operation who have said it’s a Citibank charging order & it’s now with arrow global! Even though they got the wrong co mines egg I rang the number they gave me which was Capquest lol & they don’t have my account. I made it perfectly sure it was egg, even sent a copy of the charging order so didn’t get the wrong one. Will reply asap! At least I know it’s not with arrow or Capquest. Can’t believe how stupid they are
