sorry should had kept writing ok i have had a letter before claim from CST Law for a car parking infringement dated in Nov 2020 from euro car parks was surprised and got in touch with euro car parks by writing explaining that i had sold the car earlier in the year and sent of as much detail as possible, they then sent another letter still going for the claim and again sent the same info to them and tried to ring them on several times but due to the pandemic I suppose most of their staff was furlough,
I have had several letters from debt agency which i have totally ignored now have received this letter from CST law asking for all the info that euro car parks have got already and asking about my finances
Big qqq is why , the that i had sold was towed away it had no insurance as it was transferred to my next car so why would i risk driving a car with no insurance
The main problem is that i had not told DVLA at first due to the fact i was very busy working through the pandemic and totally for got due to the pressure of working in a care home and worrying about co vid and making sure that we could get food in to feed the residents
So any help would be great
Thanking you fro your time and its really appreciated

can you give the details of the purchaser to this claimant?
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
