  • Interim Charging Order

It would be appreciated if i could have some help back in 2011 two interim charging orders registered one for £11,500 HSBC the other £3500 Egg - egg sold the debt to Bryan Carter i think they no longer trade they wont reduce the debt so I simply have not paid anything cant charge interest both regulated consumer credit act unsecured debts. I have made a SAR application to HSBC - rang lovells yesterday they have no details of the debt think they bought carters book of debt, not sure. The point is i can now pay the debts but i am reluctant to pay in full effectively they are intrerest free loans, whats the chances of offering a lower amount say 50% of the debt given its secured also if a good chance willing to appoint a solicitor to take on the case

Thank you for that I think the first thing is to send a SAR - however the number seems unobtainable - the restriction at the Land Registry refers to EGG - I am not sure they are trading ?
