  • PCN - landowner cancellation

Hi, I'm over 2 years into a battle over a PCN but I gathered from the forums that it's never too late to obtain a landowner cancellation (the site was closed during to covid restrictions and I was unable to contact them). I tried contacting the landowner recently and he has now asked CEL cancel the PCN. Not surprisingly, CEL emailed me, offering a reduced amount prior to mediation in an attempt to salvage some of their costs.. I declined.

My question is, how do I approach mediation when the landowner has requested a cancellation?

Well if the landowner has told CEL to cancel I would tell CEL to do one and stop bothering me
