I've been told i missed an appointment with ingeus but i was never told i had one I've had no letter. Email .phone call or text informing me of any appointment. What if they say i was verbally told at my last meeting which i know i wasn't also on the day they say my appointment was. I had a doctor's appointment and an appointment with my work coach at the job centre so i would have told them this had they mentioned an appointment on this day could i still get sanctioned
