  • County Court Claim received dated 16 Feb 2022 Parking Overstay 12/08/17

    Received Claim
    16 Feb 2022
    Not acknowledged
£300 with court fees & Legal Costs
    Claimant - Highview Parking
    Solicitor - DCB Legal
    Original parking fine 12/08/17
All correspondence have been ignored including letter of claim. Have now received Claim form from County Court Business Centre - stamp has county court but doesn’t say Northampton as in address. I don’t have original fine with details of time entering & departing carpark, but I remember I was only minutes over. Can anyone advise what I should do?Is it too late to request info from claimant & Legal team? Is it too late to negotiate amount owing? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
