  • Parking fine

So I have received a parking fine, even though there was 2 hours free when a guest in hotel and paid for hours over the 2 hours. I have kept the parking ticket and tried to contact the company, Parking eye which was useless. I have also written to them with a photocopy of parking ticket.
I feel that this may be a long process as the fact I cannot contact a human and already cost me £6 twice to listen to an automated voice that was no help.
