  • Lowell claim form part 2

Hello, after receiving claim form from lowell I got some advice here and have sent two letters ,to lowell and their solicitors.
Today I received first response from their solicitors, sending me Notice of Assignment as requested.
It is printed and looks dodgy, like they just written it and inserted the appropriate dates!!
No Lowell logo as should be on their letters...
The Notice of Assignment was printed on the back of their letter to me!!!!!!

Anyway please help! What now??? Do I wrIte to court? How much tome do I have???

They have responded to my letter of asking for a Notice of Assignment. The assignment was printed of the back of their letter to me...it has Lowell name on it...but looks dogy ,no logos ,just plain paper written on with dates from 2016....That how it looks...

xample Defence amend to suite:- i.e. on on such a date a request for xxxx sent no response etc all in defence, they as most do not supply at this stage but later in proceedings application to court to force them to supply.

just look around the site and not your own posting for lowells etc you will see ho they operate and sometimes just before court withdraw before loosing their deposits.
