  • Cca and Defaults

    Hello all,

So I took the advice I had read and asked my creditors to supply my CCA. Long story short and lots of reasons why extensions were needed to the dead lines I received back what I needed to know.

One of my main creditors actually provided me with a letter that detailed my CCA was illegible so the debt was unenforceable! Needless to say when they failed to respond to me minimal offer to settle I stopped paying them. They do keep calling me though which is rather annoying, im wondering if anyone knows of a way for me to get them to stop?

As for my defaults which originally i had 4. All barring one have dropped off. The last one I am rather annoyed at, so on my credit file for that default equifax had the default listed as Dec 2015, Transunion had the same default listed as March 2016!

They now both say they March 2016 so a month and a half to go. Has anyone else had that happen where they have changed the default date nearly 6 years in?

Either way, the advice I followed on here has been a huge help and put me in a much better place.

    Thank you.

    Rich
