Hi there - I have recieved notice that a judgment has been taken against me , but did not recieve comunication of any type from the court or the lawyers on be half of a parking company. Does process have to be followed or is it optional if a bunch of lawyers have a tame judge? - I kid you not, this type of bullying not even occurs in Khabul and Afghanistan, What can I do ? Appeal to a "brother" court ?
what can I do -- when not notified by either the court or lawyer ?

Hello
It is not uncommon for people to have received notice of a CCJ against them without being aware that a court claim was issued against them. You should understand that once a claim has been issued, there are deadlines to follow and if you do not acknowledge the claim and/or file a defence within the requisite period, then the claimant (parking co. in this case) will be entitled to enter judgment in default.
You can apply to the court to set aside a default judgment but before you do that, I would recommend you have a read about the process so you understand what you might expect along the way (link here).
We are probably going to need more information and background as to how you discovered the CCJ, what address was it sent to, did you update your driving licence details with the DVLA? What about your information held by credit reference agencies does that have your up to date address? If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
