    Hi
Clive is my name and I would like information please on who to contact and find out what my mother passed away with, why she was taken to the solicitors to sign paperwork she had no idea of what was in it and why they require me to leave the house so as to sale it. Have asked if the will has been read and I get no response, I would like to know how to gain this information as I believe something is wrong

Clive, if the use this link you can obtain details of the Will if Probate has been applied for
      https://www.gov.uk/government/public...ment-form-pa1s

The Probate office will have the details. If you believe that your mother has been made to do something she should not have, then there are ways to take action.

You are not obliged to move from the home without a court order and I doubt it would be available

I suggest that any more information you need, you write on the WILLS forum, as this is not positioned correctly to obtain response. Also, best to remove your phone number for security.

Try and speak with the Probate office to explain this.
      Sam
