I am a consumer that lives in Ottawa Ontario Canada. For 6 years I have been getting harassing phone calls from the collection agency called iQor. This collection agency was called CBCL or Canadian Bonded Credits Ltd. They have changed the name to IQOR. They are trying to collect for Rogers Cable. In 2003 I had cable service from Rogers. This service was never working properly. A cable man once told me back then that a trunk cable had to be changed that would cost Rogers Cable about $100,000.00 and that they would never (Rogers) do it to provide us customers with proper service. On top of that, the cable box at the back of our building is left open all the time. All the connections, cables and distribution lines have all been compromised. Cable service in this building is not worth the money the consumer puts out on it.

Also I have a copy of a letter from Rogers stating this building has a problem with signal leakage. I also have much more proof of all these issues!
I have never had any credit cards or debts with anyone. I pay my bills when service is proper. I had resolved this issue with Rogers cable years ago, but I Am No Longer a Rogers Customer.
I have asked IQOR to stop harassing me, but they have not stoped harassing me for years. I have a long telephone log of all the calls from CBCL-IQOR over the years. As it is now I am involved with legal advice on how to proceed.
I am dialing *57 every time they call my home or work number. These calls are being put on a call trace list at my phone company for future use.
This is what I've been advised to do and will continue to log these calls for a time when they will be presented with the facts!:beagle:
