How to get car I inherited

This is for Washington State. My daughter died from covid October 16th 2021, intestate. I am next of kin. Her boyfriend kept her car when they took her to the hospital. The night she died, he said he wasn't giving up the car. He has her dog too, her purse, her dad's ashes because they were in the car. She kept the title in the glove box. I don't have a lot of money and could not hire a lawyer. The only thing I knew to do was to wait 40 days then use a small estate affidavit to claim her property. Do not required to file when I did file it with County Court Clerk. But about then her boyfriend got rid of the car. I received a message from the new guy with the car. He says my daughter traded her perfectly good running car to him for a car that I need to come get because that is now mine. It has no clutch, no starter, no battery, no sunroof window a n d is completely soaked and covered in mold and mildew. My daughter's title was transferred over at least a month after she died. The guy who bought the car insists they made the deal before she got sick. But he was also mad that my daughter's boyfriend had taken too much off of his ATM card when he left it with him to guarantee future payment for the car . There's no way she would have sold that car . I know it was still hers and I saw the title in the glove box a day or two before she was hospitalized because I saw the title glove box.I'm sure the title was backdated as well as forged by her boyfriend long after she died. I'd like to just go to the Department of Motor Vehicles with a copy of the small estate affidavit and a certified death certificate and having proven that she wasn't alive when it was transferred, ask to have it put in my name and that illegal buyers title be rescinded. I did see that referenced in the RCW's. I will go find which RCW it is right after I post this. I don't want you lose what I've written and I may if I leave at this moment . couldn't I just first try to do it this way?
