    Got BT Sport through Sky.When football was cancelled in 2020 due to Coronavirus we suspended Football,BT are now trying to charge me for the football,Lowell are chasing me for £172 for something that wasn’t on.

      Hi Batesgirl

      Amend the following template to suit your circumstances, add and explain that Sky Sports was frozen / suspended for that period and that no monies is owed or outstanding.

      Send and email the letter to Lowell's (make sure you get Proof of Postage) -

        I’ve been in touch with Lowell’s and they say I have to pay the money.

          They are debt collectors, so it's an obvious thing for them to say.
          That's why you need to send them the letter. Send a copy to Sky too.
