First Plus Elderbridge loan complaints
I took a loan in 2007 about 70000 pounds (25yrs loan) and early settled in 2018 with 56000 pounds, with this 56000 pounds total I could have paid around 150000 pounds.
Please someone can advise me how much claim I can expect and should we go through the FOS, can we trust them, I heard they were not helpful at the beginning or should we go through the private lawyers.
Apart from unfair interests what else should be considered in the claims? Can anyone advise me? do you think I could have paid more the early settlement figure of 56000 pounds?
