Can anyone help me find some case law for a employment tribunal I have coming up that relates to the employer not informing the employee of any suspension review or keeping them upto date of what was happening having been kept on suspension for over two months before any notification of a disciplinary meeting

Employment Tribunals don't set precedent, so a tribunal decision is not binding on another tribunal even in similar circumstances, therefore no case law. However, you could refer to similar tribunal decisions in the hope of it being persuasive to your claim.
Be careful of time limits within your claim. Often, unscrupulous employers drag out suspensions and/or drag their feet so that the last cause of action of your complaint exceeds 3 months and they get away with it.
Time limits are are strictly enforced at an ET.
