it was a parking charge of 100 if I pay by the 20th its 60, I went shopping and came back to Tesco to pick up a friend, now cp plus telling me I stayed there for hours and 40 mins if i appeal and get rejected will I still have the option to pay the reduce 60 fine, on the letter it says an appeal will put charge on holdOriginally posted by ostell View PostSo what was the charge for? It's not a fine.

What are they saying the breach was?
This is known in the industry as a double dip. Two visits but the middle exit or entrance missed. I presume you took the car with you when you went shopping elsewhere?
Have you got receipts from elsewhere at the times the say you were in Tesco
Have you complained to the Tesco manager?
