  • Smart Parking PCN - is it valid?

I have received a Smart Parking PCN for a car registered in my name that is used by my son in another city where he attends University. the PCN shows the car on ANPR entering an area where he went to collect a friend, it shows entry to the area on 17/12/2021 at 21:27 and leaving just over 14 minutes later at 21:42. the PCN is dated 12/01/22 some 26 Days after the claimed offence. on what grounds could I appeal, as he wasn't parked but technically waiting for a friend who lives in an apartment that the land is on. is it possible to appeal on ay grounds or would I be best just to accept it and pay up.

Waiting for a friend is parking.

Looks like the PCN was received after 14 days. Post a redacted copy up for everyone to read. Use the imgur site and post the link on here
