Good Morning,

please can i have some help regarding a parking fine i have recieved from Smart Parking.

I had to drop my son off for a cubs meeting at this carpark as specified by the group leaders, whilst waiting for everyone to arrive i had to wait in the car as it was night time in decmeber and freezing, i was there for 17 mins, i have only recieved this yesterday 10/01/22, but is from 17/12/21. I never noticed any signs saying limited stay etc as it was pitch black.

Please could i have some advise on how to contest this if i can?

Post up the notice you received, suitably redacted but leave dates. Is this a hire/lease car?

If you can get some photos of the signs.
