Hi ,i'm a bit nervous so please bear with me.mm , i received a CCJ claim form today from civil enforcement limited,stating that particular of claim reads:claim for money relating to a parking charge for breach of contract/terms (TCS) for parking in private car park (CP) managed by claimant.driver may only/ park pursuant to Tcs of use displayed in CP & agreed upon entry/parking. ANPR cameras or manual patrols motor vehicles entering/exiting the CP &TC breaches.charges of GBP 182.00 claimed. Volition date:06/08/2020. the fact is that i had moved address due having to vacate my flat quickly but i had never received a PCN via post as i had left the flat i never had time to do a forward address via the Post Office..months late at my new address i got a summons for payment but NO evidence showing that i wrong doing,as with some other i was advised not to reply back to these people as there send out bogus claims for payments ( 4 mths ago i got 3 PCN claims for payments for the same parking offence!!), i know now that i shouldn't have but to put some back story for the past 2 years i had being diagnosed with prostate cancer and a blood clot on my lung and still recovering and may have bowl cancer but further tests are ongoing and i'm on blood thinners for the rest of my life.and the stress is not fro this is not helping. I also have to note that one of the medications im on gives me memory loss,so very important things or if i have a doctors or hospital appt. i have to put it on post it notes or i will never remember. i got there solicitors letter and did contact them telling them of my situation and how it was effecting me.there said there were referring this back to civil enforcement advising of my situation and i would be contacted by them shortly. i heard nothing since and only received this.So i was lied to on top of everything. My question is what can i do as i have hospital appointments lined up just after new year and this has been playing on my mind and thee have added further cost totaling up to £287.06 of which i wouldn't even be able to pay as my former employers deemed it fair to dismissed me while i was on official sick leave signed off by the Doctors, please Help?

So you should not have heeded the advice to ignore. So post up the particulars of claim, your copy of it is not too clear.
You have not received a summons, this is not criminal.
When you moved you should have updated the address on your V5 document with the DVLA
So post up copies of the PCN, suitably redacted but leave dates. Use a hosting site such as IMGUR and post the link on here
Have you told them the identity of the driver?
For the claim acknowledge the claim on or shortly after day5 from the issue date using the details and password on the form. Nothing in the defence. This gives you 33 days from date of issue to get your defence to the court. -

This gives you 33 days from date of issue to get your defense to the court." can you break it down a bit as i didn't understand what you said please?i didn't remember to cvhange car over as i was dealing with my cancer.
