  • Greetings

Greetings all, like many I would imagine I came here after receiving a county court claim regarding a parking fine. I wanted to express thanks to everyone who takes time to help others. I just read through a case where Mystery1 helped a stranger and they won the case, good in you.

Unfortunately the hope is slowly disappearing as my defence is due today and I am at a loss with no idea where to start in writing it.

Thank you Mike, the examples are for 'defending a court claim for a Consumer Credit Debt.'
The claim against me is an unpaid PCN do you know if there are any examples anywhere?
