Hi Legal Beagles,
I would welcome some advice please. I’ve appealed against a Parking Charge Notice but have had my appeal rejected.
The company involved have suggested my next step is to make a complaint to the ISA (Independent Appeals Service). The Citizens Advice website has suggested I pay and then make a Small Claim back.
I have seen on other threads that the ISA has a notorious reputation for going in favour of the parking firms, rightly it wrongly.
Any suggestions as to how to take this further please?
