  • Sole Trader

    Evening All,

Just a quick question, my partner wants to make a claim against an electrician who is a Sole Trader. We know the sole trader's address, trading name, first name and phone number but not his surname.

Is it still possible to make a claim against them without this information?

    Thanks,

    Em

I think you are going to 100% need his 'surname', try some Google / internet sleuthing. You should be able to get his surname from his address, land registry etc.
