Blemain finance how do i claim back unlawful charges?

Hi Everyone i have a secured loan with blemain finance £35,000 i took it out in 2014, i emailed them several times to ask for a full and understandable account of all charges, they have never sent this and just keep sending me my statements, i have also got a SAR from them but still cannot see the charges anywhere, can anyone tell me how i find the charges they have applied?
