  • Allied International Credit have taken a £6,500 payment twice and will not respond

I had an outstanding payment of £6,354.96 to Allied International Credit (aiccorp.co.uk). I tried submitting payment via their website on 3rd Dec 2021, however there was a payment error and my account still showed that I owed the £6,354.96. I therefore made the payment again, which was successful.

I checked my bank statement and the payment has been taken twice. For the past 4 days, I have tried calling various numbers on their website dozens of times, I have sent numerous emails, I have attempted to contact them via their online chat. I have sent in complaint emails and have also tried contacting their parent company Bill Gosling Outsourcing Corp. They do not respond via any means.

I have now been out of pocket of £6,354.96 for 4 days and I desperately need the money. What is my next step? Can I sue this company for wrongfully taking this money from me?

    Hi ARFA17

Have you contacted your bank to see if they can reverse the transaction? Provide them with Proof.

They are members of CSA, make a Formal Complaint, make sure you stress that you've made many attempts to contact them, but they won't respond, provide proof. You will need to chase the CSA, but they do act.
