Hi can someone please give me some advice .
I have had a hand delivered letter from marstons saying g they have an arrest warrant for me . I missed a court date as I didn't receive the letter from court I've had 4 of these hand delivered letters now even tho I've handed my self in thethe police and been to court before receiving the marstons letters. So what should I do about marstons now should a call them or should I send the letter back .

Hi Jimmy

Write a Formal Letter of Complaint, email it to them, explain what's happened, explain that the matter has been dealt with and what you want them to do. Explain that you will take them to court as what they are doing is 'harassing' you when the matter has already been dealt with. The evidence are the 'hand delivered' letters.

Perhaps ring the court and make sure the record does not show an outstanding arrest warrent for you?
