I orginally took a person for non payment and used mcol online we could not agree and transfered to local court. The defandant asked for extension but never submitted papers or statement default judgement. Sine then he has applied twice with n244 application but first time failed to show and second time on a bt meet me failed to answer call from judge. This process has taken over 12 months now he has applied again and been granted a hearing but not til march 2022. The judge at bt meet me said this was it and order was final. How many chances do you get ! Someone help me please as my bank think i am making it up as large debt outstanding
