Unsolicited Credit card from Pulse

Has anyone any knowledge of a company calling themselves Pulse, issuing unsolicited credit cards?
I have just received a default notice from them, stating I have missed two "Contractual Minimum Payments" amounting to £206.41... No idea who or what they are, I did however receive a Mickey Mouse card through the post, that I destroyed immediately... Anyone, please?!

Send a SAR, they have 30 days to provide all the details on the account. Go from there.
