Hi eveeyone
New to forum, this is my first post.
Just want to ask, if I can dealership refuse to take car back if its within 30days?
Reason for return is 3 major faults

They can refuse, they often do. Have you mentioned the Consumer rights Act 2015 when you rejected?

If the car is on finance also write to them and tell them you are rejecting, and why
