I honestly don’t remember much about them apart from it being outside the apartments where I was living at the time, I stupidly ignored the PCNs and now they’ve come back to haunt me.

I have moved 3 times since then and never actually received any letter before action. Is that normal?

I had a look in my files and can’t actually find the PCNs, we moved a year ago and I got rid of a lot of documents.

Do I just copy the templates from here and send to them.

I understand that I don’t have any sort of defence but wondered if the amounts can be disputed?

am I right in thinking I wait until day five to acknowledge?

thank you both for your replies

Did you have an allocated parking place?

send those requests to get the PCNs

Good morning, I have received documents from UKPC with the original PCNs and photographs.
Can you advise in the next steps?

I did have allocated parking which was located underneath an another apartment block within the complex. On occasion we'd find that someone was parked in our space.
