  • UKPC & DCBL

    Hi,
I’ve been pointed in your direction for advice and guidance.

I had a PCN from UKPC, ignored as advised, letters from DCB for £160, then letter of claim from DCBL. Responded as directed but they have now started legal case on behalf of UKPC.

I have followed all advice and requested SAR from UKPC and sent DCBL the standard back off letter based on SAR submission.

Since filling in court paperwork I have now received another DCBL letter of claim despite the SAR having only the one I disputing. Also the land they,UKPC, are looking to “recover costs on behalf of their client” is no longer managed by them but they have stated in a letter they do.

Can anyone give some advice on this?

Don't know who advised you to ignore. That hasn't been the advice since 2012.

Do you have the original PCN that you can post up?

Would suggest you create a thread in the pepipoo private parking forum

so you have received a second LBC ?

      Hi Ostell,

      thank you for your response.

I appealed the ticket with UKPC and got no response, then received letters from DCB asking for £160. Those are the ones I ignored. Then I got the letter of claim to which I responded and they have stated UKPC are looking at legal action.

I’ll post up the original PCN asap. Thank you.
