  • Dcbl letter of claim

I have received a computer generated Letter of claim from dcbl,I understand from posts on the forum that I can request information regarding the claim using a SAR from the claimant which in normal circumstances that have 30 days to reply,do I need to inform dcbl I have sent this request so as to stop any proceedings they are intending to take, and how likely are they to proceed in the first instance.
The amount they say is outstanding is £320 which I assume is including there £60 add on fee,
I have 2 fines both for a car park at Lewisham Retail park, one for staying over the 2hour period and one for not being parked correctly in the markings
many help would be greatly appreciated
    Tony
