    Original Creditor: UK Parking Control LTD
    Original Debt (eg. Credit card/Loan/Overdraft) : Parking Charge
    Particulars of Claim: ( Please type out in full excluding names/account numbers/exact amounts ): PCN issued on private land owned or managed by UK Parking Control
    Is the debt Statute Barred (have you had any contact with the creditor or claimant over the last 6 years?): no contact or letters, this is the first communication
    List any letters you have sent (eg: CCA/ CPR ): none
    Any Other Information or Background Details: I have replied using the CCBS website, though my address there is wrong, they have an old address for me which I cannot change

    This claim alleges to relate to an unpaid parking charge from 2016. They are claiming for a total of PCNs plus interest and costs.
    This is the first i'm hearing about this and don't recall the event of parking there, or getting a charge.
    Please help me? Newbie.

      So acknowledge using the details and password on the form. Nothing in the defence. This gives you 33 days from the date of issue to get your defence to the court.

      Post up the PCN you received

      Otherwise SAR to UKPC
      CPR 31.14 request to DCBL for PCN and copies of signage that created the alleged contract

        Thank you. I don't have a PCN to post up, I've only got a letter from the court business centre. I'll post that redacted?
