  • No CCA produced by debt collection agency

    Hi.

The solicitors who are acting for the debt collection agent (who are the same company) have advised that they do not have a copy of the CCA, the solicitors took out a court order, which is stayed at present as I contested if the debt payment.

The question is, how do I end this with the solicitors and debt agent? What do I put in my letter, do I quote anything?

Just need help now to close this chapter, if I can.

Many thanks, look forward to some advice

Mike, I have exactly the same problem BUT they have a charge on the property. I cannot add any more as mine is quite serious but I will disclose once this is resolved
