Good afternoon, knowledgeable people!
I have today received a Letter Of Claim from DCBL (dated 12/10). The letter invites me to complete a Reply Form and financial statement via an online link. I would greatly appreciate advice on whether I should enter my correspondence using their link (of which i'm highly cautious), or whether it is sufficient, for the purposes of complying with pre-acton protocol in the eyes of the court, for me to compose and send a standalone acknowledgement letter via post and ignore their link entirely? For the avoidance of doubt, I do not intend to admit any liability for any alleged debt, provide any financial details to the company, or make any payments.
Any advice greatly appreciated,
Starbug
