Hi I would like some advice, on 23/5/2016 my son in law rushed my daughter to queens hospital in romford as she had become seriously ill after giving birth to her first child. Not being able to park in the hospital carpark he parked in the car park of mothercare opposite. Sometime after she received a fine from UK parking control Ltd which they ignored. Over the past 5 years they have received various threatening letters but today she has received a letter saying it is from county court business centre and they now owe £273. Can you offer some advice please
