  • Wood burning stove, aggravating my COPD condition.

My neighbour, has installed a wood burning stove/fire and I don't know what he is burning but the smell and smoke on times is unbearable. I suffer from COPD and my condition has worsened since the installation. What are my rights, unfortunately my neighbour is a serial complainer who owns his own house, while I rent mine from a housing association.

    Hi STINGER71

Quite a bit info below, keep a diary, see if you can find out what's being burnt (if possible, discretely).

The material being burnt might be 'prohibitive'.
